Our benefice purpose Better together with god with each other

The aim of our benefice is to worship God by supporting individual parishes to deliver the Christian message.
In a changing world our Benefice will be a strong collective voice providing:

By our example and effort we will meet the needs of God’s church, and so grow spiritually and in numbers.

The group of six parishes was united into a Benefice in 1998.  Since then we have worked together to support each parish in its mission. Each parish remains an independent unit, but we often join together for worship. We try to support each other at our various events, and run some events in which the whole benefice plays a part. The most notable of these is the Advent Tree Festival "The Tree of Life". We also join in a Week of Prayer in early June.

We support each other on a regular basis with a Meditation on the first Tuesday at 2 pm in Rushall Church. On Tuesday evening a Bible Study alternates with an open prayer time at different venues in Pulham Market. On the second Thursday the Lyfe group is open to all, as is the group at Brook Cottage on the third Wednesday of the month. We join together for services to mark the major festivals when these are on a weekday, and also have a joint service on Sunday about four times a year.
